New Feature Annoucement (Proxy Maps)

I’ve started development on what I’m calling Coolproxies 2.0. It will consist of a bunch of new features for our awesome customers. This is a preview one one that I’m currently working on called “proxy maps” and is currently available as a beta feature for now at http://coolproxies.com/proxy-map/demo1

This feature will display all current live proxies on a world map that you can pan and zoom around on. There are 3 colored markers that signify the anonymous level of the proxy. Red = Elite, Green = Anonymous, Blue = Transparent.

You can click on each marker to bring up the proxy details.

Here is an example of the detailed info on a example proxy. If a proxy does not display all the data as shown here it just means it’s not currently available or applicable for that location.

Country: United States (Country the proxy is located in)

State: AK (State or Provence the proxy is located in)

City: Anchorage (City the proxy is located in)

Postal Code: 99507 (The closest Postal code / Zip code)

Area Code: 907 (The local telephone area code for this location)

Proxy: 62.53.209.13:8080 (The proxy and Port)

Anonymous Level: Elite (Anonymous level, Either Elite, Anonymous or Transparent)

Latency/Ping: 123 ms (Latency of the proxy)

Last Tested: 2014-06-23 16:40:14 est (The last time this proxy tested UP)

EXCLUSIVE PROXY! (If this is an Exclusive proxy you will see this notice, Exclusive proxies are proxies that are not listed on Google and should not be on any public proxy list)

This is a BETA feature, meaning that its a work in progress.  I will be expanding on features and information displayed and user filtering of the data.

If you have an idea for a new feature or enhancement of something we already have please let me know.  I will do my best on implementing requested features.

New Proxy Harvesters Now Online!

We have turned up new proxy harvesters this past week.  On average there is an increase in working proxy servers by 40%. Many of which are in the USA & Canada. We have also made improvements in the proxy testing process so you should see bad proxies being removed from the list sooner than in the past.

We are making many more changes to improve our service in the next few weeks to improve our already awesome proxylist :)
